Welcome to Shoonyo Spiritual Centre. By participating in our 6-Month One:One Spiritual Coaching Journey and accessing our videos, articles, and guided meditations, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. Business Information
Shoonyo Spiritual Centre operates as a Sole Proprietorship registered under the Maharashtra Government, India.

2. Coaching Journey Overview
The 6-month One:One coaching journey at Shoonyo Spiritual Centre focuses on guiding participants through unconscious patterns, beliefs, ego, and consciousness. The journey involves teachings from Zen, Indian scriptures, Advaita, meditation practices, self-inquiry (Neti-Neti), and contemplative dialogues.
• No Religious Affiliation: Our approach does not advocate for or enforce religious beliefs.
• Spiritual Outcomes: Participants may experience spiritual deepening and discover the truth of their essential nature.
• Session Frequency: Sessions are conducted twice a month with two additional mid-support slots as needed. Sessions are conducted both online and offline based on availability.
• Session Locations: Shoonyo may meet participants in Pune/London or online.
• Enrollment: Applications are accepted year-round, but journey slots may be subject to waiting periods as we work with a maximum of 10 sincere seekers at a time.
• Journey Completion: Participants are encouraged to complete the journey within 6 to 9 months from the application date.
3. Eligibility Requirements
Participants must be at least 16 years of age and must qualify the Qualification Criteria.
4. Pricing and Payment
• The coaching fee is 10% or more of the applicant's annual income, with a minimum fee equal to 10% of the declared income.
• Payment is based on trust; no documentation is required for income verification.
• Payments are made upfront through third-party platforms such as PayPal, Razorpay, and Wise, which may provide instalment options.
• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once the application is reviewed, and accepted, and payment is processed.
• Postponements: Sessions may be rescheduled in cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to:
• Consistently attend scheduled sessions and mid-support slots.
• Engage in observations, experimentation, meditations, contemplations, and journaling as instructed.
• Maintain punctuality and commitment throughout the coaching journey.
• Failure to meet these responsibilities may lead to termination.
6. Termination Policy
Shoonyo Spiritual Centre reserves the right to terminate participation under the following circumstances:
1. Inconsistency: Recurrent absences or lack of engagement without valid reasons.
2. Unqualified Applicants: If deemed unprepared during the initial assessment, an email will be sent with feedback and suggested areas for improvement.
3. Intellectual Property Infringement: Unauthorised creation of courses or misuse of proprietary content.
4. Misconduct: Use of abusive language, inappropriate behaviour towards Shoonyo or the team, or any disrespectful conduct.
Participants may voluntarily withdraw by providing a reason for their decision.
7. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
• Participant names and personal information will remain confidential.
• Anonymised insights from sessions may be used for content creation without revealing participant identities.
• Shoony Spiritual Centre complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for UK participants.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
• All content, including session materials, guided meditations, articles, and videos, remains the intellectual property of Shoonyo
Spiritual Centre.
• Unauthorised recording, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.
• Participants may access content via third-party platforms but are not permitted to download or store it.
9. Session Conduct and Recording Policy
• Sessions are conducted on secure video conferencing platforms.
• Recording sessions in any format is strictly prohibited.
10. Disclaimer
• Shoonyo Spiritual Centre is not a religious organisation.
• The coaching journey does not constitute psychological or medical therapy.
• Participants are advised to seek professional healthcare if needed.
11. Health and Liability Waiver
• Participants acknowledge that spiritual coaching may involve introspection and emotional experiences.
• Shoonyo Spiritual Centre is not liable for any psychological or emotional consequences.
12. Force Majeure Clause
Shoonyo Spiritual Centre shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.
14. Consent
By participating in the coaching journey, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
